Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure utilities are marked before work begins. You are responsible for removing personal property, vehicles, and obstacles from the work site. We are not liable for damage to unmarked utilities or items left in the work area.

Warranties

We stand behind our work with warranties that vary by service type. Warranty details will be provided in your service agreement. Our warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions.

Warranties do not cover damage from improper use, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or modifications made by others. To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow our care and maintenance instructions.
